Vineyard

Our varieties include Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Fiano, Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Tempranillo, Graciano, Sangiovese, Tannat, Barbera, Nebbiolo and Montepulciano.

All vines are cane pruned with all italian varieties being arched caned and our grapes are handpicked. Our wines are made with low intervention and the use of sulphides are kept to a minimum.

Despite many setbacks of drought, bushfires and now a pandemic we are still standing strong and will continue to welcome all to taste  and enjoy our wines.
